Do these rugs drain and dry fast after a rain ?
If you hang it out, it will drain/dry in a fairly quick time. If not, it will still air dry for a while. I also hose it down to clear off any debris or messes
Will it get mildew if I leave it outside?
No, the rug is made of waterproof polypropylene. It can dry in a short time
Can the mat be cut down to a smaller size ?
I don’t recommend cutting it to a smaller size unless you can find a way to fix the edge, or you would ruin the rug
Is there a fold line in the rug ?
It comes folded. I laid mine out and the fold lines were gone in a day or so
